01、项目定位

优秀青年科学基金项目（海外）旨在吸引和鼓励在自然科学、工程技术等方面已取得较好成绩的海外优秀青年学者（含非华裔外籍人才）回国（来华）工作，自主选择研究方向开展创新性研究，促进青年科学技术人才的快速成长，培养一批有望进入世界科技前沿的优秀学术骨干，为科技强国建设贡献力量。

02、申请者条件

1.遵守中华人民共和国法律法规，具有良好的科学道德，自觉践行新时代科学家精神；

2.出生日期在1985年1月1日（含）以后；

3.具有博士学位；

4.研究方向主要为自然科学、医学技术等；

5.在取得博士学位后至2025年4月15日前，一般应在海外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构获得正式教学或者科研职位，且具有连续36个月以上工作经历；在海外取得博士学位且业绩特别突出的，可适当放宽工作年限要求；

6.取得同行专家认可的科研或技术等成果，且具有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力；

7.申请人尚未全职回国（来华）工作，或者2024年1月1日以后回国（来华）工作。获资助通知后须辞去海外工作并全职回国（来华）工作不少于3年；

8.申请截止日期为2025年4月15日。

03、加盟后支持政策

l提供学校事业编制，聘为教授、博士生导师。

l年收入80万元+（基础年收入+聘期人才津贴+附属医院互聘教授津贴），另可享受教学、科研奖励性绩效津贴（上不封顶）。

l安家费和购房补贴400万元（免税），包括学校一次性补贴及国家、省、市提供的一次性补贴。

l科研启动经费600万元，包括学校一次性提供的科研经费及国家配套的科研经费。

l研究生招生指标单列名额，博士后招收1-2人/年，可自主招收科研助理。

l根据工作需要提供充足的办公环境和实验场地。

l免费提供人才公寓住房。

l协助解决子女入学和配偶工作，子女可就读江苏省优质幼儿园-南医大附属幼儿园。

l享受学校附属医院提供的三级甲等医院就医绿色通道及全方位医疗保健服务。

l发放“紫金山英才卡”，可享受机场高铁贵宾、家政服务、地铁通勤、文旅景点等公共服务。

l对于依托我校申报且进入会评阶段的优秀人才，可按照教授级别待遇优先引进，具体情况“一人一议”。

二、学校简介Introduction to NMU

南京医科大学是国家“双一流”建设高校，首批教育部、国家卫生健康委与江苏省人民政府共建医学院校，江苏高水平大学建设高峰计划A类建设高校。学校创建于1934年，目前设有19个学院，拥有附属医院、区域医疗中心、教学医院、附属疾控中心等丰富的临床和公共卫生教学资源。

Nanjing Medical University is one of the "Double First-class" universities in China.It is one of the first medical universities jointly built by the Ministry of Education, the National Health Commission and the People's Government of Jiangsu Province.It is also one of the first-class universities in Jiangsu High-level University Construction Peak Plan.Founded in 1934, the university now has 19 schools, comprising abundant clinical and public health teaching resources such as affiliated hospitals, regional medical centers, teaching hospitals and affiliated Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

学校现有一级学科博士学位授权点7个、二级学科博士学位授权点54个、交叉学科博士学位授权点6个、专业博士学位授权点6个；一级学科硕士学位授权点10个、二级学科硕士学位授权点65个；博士后科研流动站6个，学位授权点覆盖医学、理学、工学、管理学、法学、教育学和文学7个学科门类；拥有国家重点学科3个、国家重点（培育）学科1个、国家临床重点专科37个、江苏高校优势学科（四期）6个。在新一轮全国学科评估中整体实力稳中有进。14个学科位列ESI全球排名前1%，其中，临床医学、药理学与毒理学、分子生物学与遗传学学科位列ESI全球排名前1‰。

There are 7 doctor’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 54 doctor’s degree programs in second-level disciplines, 6 interdisciplinary doctoral programs,  6 professional  doctoral programs; 10 master’s degree programs in first-level disciplines, 65 master’s degree programs in second-level disciplines; There are  6 post-doctoral research stations, it offers degrees in 7 disciplines, including medicine, science, engineering, management, law, education and literature.The are 3 national key disciplines, 1 national key (nurturing) discipline, 37 national clinical key specialties, and 6 advantageous disciplines recognized among Jiangsu universities (fourth phase).In the latest round of national discipline evaluation, all the disciplines have steady progress.Fourteen disciplines are among the top 1% in ESI global ranking, among which clinical medicine, pharmacology and toxicology, Molecular Biology and Genetics are among the top 1‰ in ESI global ranking.

学校建有生殖医学与子代健康全国重点实验室、环境与人类健康国际联合研究中心、肿瘤个体化医学省部共建协同创新中心等50个国家级、省部级重点实验室（工程研究中心、创新中心）。拥有国内一流的医学模拟教育中心和江苏省医药动物实验基地，建有省内唯一的省级卫生政策智库-江苏省健康研究院。

The university has 50 national, provincial and ministerial key laboratories (engineering research center and innovation center) such as the State Key Laboratory of Reproductive Medicine and Offspring Health, the International Joint Research Center for Environment and Human Health and the Provincial and Ministerial  Collaborative Innovation  Center for Personalized Cancer Medicine.There is a first-class Medical Simulation Center and Jiangsu Animal Experimental  Center of Medical & Pharmaceutical Research.It also has the Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Health, which is the only provincial health policy think tank in Jiangsu province.

学校建有江宁校区、五台校区和常州校区（筹）。江宁校区位于南京市江宁区大学城，占地面积1300亩，是行政、教学和科研中心。五台校区位于南京市鼓楼区五台山南麓，占地120亩，是临床教学和研究中心。

The university has Jiangning campus,  Wutai Campus and Changzhou campus (preparatory).Jiangning Campus is located in University Town, Jiangning District, Nanjing, covering an area of 1300 mu, and is a comprehensive center of administration, teaching and research.Wutai Campus, located at the southern foot of Wutai Mountain, Gulou District, Nanjing, covers an area of 120 mu and is a clinical teaching and research center. 

常州校区由南京医科大学与常州市人民政府共建，校址位于常州市武进区西太湖苏澳合作园区内，规划总占地1000亩。常州校区是南京医科大学主体校区之一，实行与校本部一体化办学模式，是学校深化“新医科”复合型人才培养和构筑未来医学科研高地的重要阵地。校区内将建成医工结合研究院、转化医学研究院、细胞与基因药物制备中心、医学大数据中心、临床生物样本库中心、医学研究公共服务平台等高水平创新载体。

Changzhou campus is jointly built by Nanjing Medical University and Changzhou Municipal People's Government.The campus is located in the West the Taihu Lake Su'ao Cooperation Park, Wujin District, Changzhou City, with a planned total area of 1000 mu.Changzhou Campus is one of the main campuses of Nanjing  Medical University, implementing an integrated education model with the main campus.It is an important battlefield for the school to deepen the cultivation of "new medicine" composite talents and build a future medical research highland. High level innovation carriers such as the Medical Engineering Integration Research Institute, Translational Medicine Research Institute, Cell and Gene Drug Preparation Center, Medical Big Data Center, Clinical Biological Sample Bank Center, and Medical Research Public Service Platform will be built on the campus.
